Signature Pool Service Plan - Tropic Island Pools

Our full pool service plan is the middle level of service we offer. Netting and vacuuming are included.

What We Do

  • We put your pool on our 23 point pool maintenance program (see below)
  • We test your pool water and provide and apply pool minerals and chemicals to keep your pool water in optimum condition
  • We empty your pool skimmer and pump baskets
  • We backwash your filter on a regular basis
  • We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag/filter)
  • We clean your pool sweep wall screen
  • We verify your automatic pool cleaner operation
  • We brush your pool (walls/tile/steps)
  • We check your pool equipment
  • We net your pool
  • We vacuum your pool
  • We keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae that might arise per our"No Algae" guarantee
  • We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of swimming pool issues

What You Do

  • Maintain proper water level
  • Keep the pool equipment operating and approve repairs when needed
  • Report any observations of swimming pool issues

Water Chemical Maintenance, and Checking Pool Chemicals

  • Chlorine - maintain
  • Chloramines - maintain
  • Total Chlorine (includes Chloramines) - maintain
  • pH (Potential Hydrogen) - maintain
  • TA (Total Alkalinity) - maintain
  • Calcium Hardness (Water Hardness) - check (this is a startup chemical)
  • Cyanuric Acid (Stabilizer / Conditioner) - check (this is a startup chemical)
  • Temperature (For pH Factor Calculation) - check
  • Saturation Index (Calcium Precipitation Point) - check
  • Salt Content - maintained on saltwater pools
  • Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) - check

Pool Equipment Checks

  • Skimmer baskets checked and emptied
  • Pump strainer baskets checked and emptied
  • Filter backwashing monthly for DE Filters and weekly for Sand Filters
  • Sweep debris bags checked and emptied
  • Sweep finger screen/wall screen checked and cleaned
  • Sweep operation checked
  • Valves monitored/maintained for suction and circulation adjustments

Pool Cleaning

  • Brush walls and steps
  • Brush spa
  • Net pool surface and pool bottom
  • Hose Vacuum
  • Venturi / Leaf Vacuum

Because our pool service program includes chemicals, minerals, equipment checks, and pool cleaning; water treatment is guaranteed.
